About
The Posse STEM Program identifies and recruits high school students passionate about science, technology, engineering and math for Posse Scholarships. Candidates are nominated through Posse’s network of public high schools and community organizations in 20-plus cities. Selected Posse Scholars receive pre-collegiate training and ongoing campus support.
To broaden the pool of students who enroll at leading institutions by identifying talented young leaders who might be overlooked by traditional measures of aptitude.
