What we need
An official page on your own website (a web page or a PDF) that states:
- Who can apply: grade level, location, GPA, field of study, citizenship, need
- The award amount (or that it varies)
- The deadline for the current or next cycle

Many scholarships?
Community foundations and administrators can send a spreadsheet or a feed instead of one form per award. Tell us in the form's notes and we'll set it up with you.

What does it cost?
Nothing. Listing is free, and nothing you do changes how scholarships are ranked for students. There are no sponsored or featured placements.
Do you collect applications?
No. Students apply on your site, through your process. KickScholar links to your official page and application.
How do you decide who sees my scholarship?
We turn your eligibility rules into structured requirements (state, grade level, GPA, field of study and so on) and show the scholarship to students whose confirmed profile meets them. Requirements we can't check exactly are shown as things to confirm.
Where do the details come from?
From your official page. A person on our team reads it, quotes your eligibility wording, and checks the deadline before the listing goes live. What you type in the form helps us review, but the listing follows your page.
How do I update or remove a listing?
Use the update form. Tell us what changed, or ask us to remove it, and a person on our team takes care of it.
Do you sell student data?
No. We never sell student data, and we don't share students' details with providers through KickScholar.
How long does review take?
Usually a few business days. We email the address you give us if we need anything.
