About
An annual music competition run by the Performing Arts Scholarship Foundation that provides cash prizes to deserving vocal and instrumental students. Applicants audition and winners receive flexible funding for career development such as lessons, music school tuition, summer programs, or instrument improvement. The program serves students who live and/or study music in Santa Barbara County. Finalists perform in public concerts and winners are selected by a professional panel of judges.
