MSU Non-resident Scholarship
Michigan State University
About
An automatic award for incoming domestic out-of-state first-year students admitted to MSU, granted at one of four award levels based on academic achievement and excellence beyond the classroom. Students with a GPA of 3.4 or higher on a 4.0 scale are guaranteed a minimum award of $9,000. No additional application is typically required; awards are applied to qualifying educational expenses and contingent on maintaining out-of-state residency status.
We are investing heavily to increase affordability and accessibility for non-resident students.
