An endowed scholarship for incoming out-of-state first-year students who reside in specified counties of Nebraska or Iowa. The award amount varies each year. In most instances, no additional applications are required. Awards are contingent upon maintaining out-of-state residency status.
Who can apply
Be an incoming first-year (prospective) student
“awarded to incoming domestic out-of-state first-year students for qualifying educational expenses”
Maintain out-of-state residency status

Be a resident of one of the listed counties in Nebraska
“awarded to a resident of Burt, Butler, Cass, Colfax, Dodge, Douglas, Lancaster, Otoe, Saline, Sarpy, Saunders, Seward or Washington counties in Nebraska”
Be a resident of one of the listed counties in Iowa
“awarded to a resident of Fremont, Harrison, Mills or Potawattamie counties in Iowa”
Be within the area/program of the MSU Alumni Club of Nebraska
