About
MAYS Scholarship awards funds to Vietnamese American high school students who participate in VSA activities in the Bay Area. Recipients are selected based on academic accomplishments, community service, and essay responses about Vietnamese American experiences. The program intends to support students who are civic-minded and embrace their cultural roots. Awards are presented at the MAYS in-person award ceremony.
We believe that every student deserves an equal opportunity to achieve academic, personal, and professional success regardless of their financial, ethnic, or family background.
