About
Annual music scholarships for young musicians in Marin County who audition. Applicants prepare required repertoire and may perform an optional second piece. Auditions are held in March with separate junior and senior application tracks and age brackets. Applicants must meet residency and study-duration conditions before the audition.
Who can apply
Be a resident of Marin County for at least two years prior to the audition.

Juniors must be between 10 and 13 years of age at the time of the audition.

Junior vocalists must be between 14 and 17 years of age at the time of the audition.

Seniors must be between 14 and 18 years of age at the time of the audition.

Have a teacher who will email a recommendation on your behalf.

Have studied music for at least two years prior to the audition.
