About
A scholarship for students with academic promise, financial need and community involvement to help them complete a four-year undergraduate degree. Awards provide funding over up to four years. Applicants are either graduating high school seniors from the greater Silicon Valley region or current community college students who graduated high school within the same counties. Recipients must be first-generation students planning to enroll full time in a four-year college.
This scholarship program seeks to support financially needy students with academic potential and demonstrated community involvement, and provide meaningful and ongoing financial support to ensure that students complete their undergraduate degree.
Who can apply
Live in or have graduated from high school in one of the five listed counties in the greater Silicon Valley region.
“Graduating high school seniors residing in the greater Silicon Valley Region (includes Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, San Francisco County, Alameda County and Santa Cruz County) OR current community college students who graduated from a high school within the five listed counties”
Be a first-generation college student (neither parent earned a four-year college degree).

Plan to enroll full time in a four-year college or university in the upcoming fall session.
