A scholarship for deserving students who are graduating from Madison High School. It is awarded through the Richland County Foundation scholarship application process which matches applicants to funds. Awards are intended for Richland County students pursuing technical certifications or college degrees and are based on financial need. Applicants use a single application for all scholarships administered by the Foundation.
