About
A scholarship for Napa County residents enrolled in nursing or respiratory therapy programs at Napa Valley College or Pacific Union College. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and intent to remain in Napa Valley after completing their studies. Previous recipients may reapply in subsequent years while completing their program. Current employees of Queen of the Valley Medical Center are ineligible.
Who can apply
Live in Napa County and maintain residency throughout your nursing program.

Be enrolled at Napa Valley College or Pacific Union College.
“Student enrolled in one of the following nursing programs at Napa Valley College or Pacific Union College:”
Be enrolled in an approved nursing or respiratory therapy program (LVN, ADN, BSN, Respiratory Therapy Certificate or Associate Degree).
“Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Certificate Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Respiratory Therapy Certificate or Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy (RT)”
Have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 at the most recently attended institution.
“Must be in good standing with the school attended most recently, and have a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least a 2.5 with that institution”
