About
The Garcia Family Scholarship Fund supports students pursuing careers in the marketing or distribution of floral products, including retail, wholesale, manufacturing and floral business ownership/operations. It is intended for students attending a two-year college, or juniors or seniors at four-year institutions. The Garcia Family has operated in the floral industry since 1965.
Who can apply
Be a junior or senior at a four-year institution.

Be a citizen or resident of the U.S. or Canada.

Have a minimum 2.0 grade point average.

Attend a two-year college
“intended for students attending a two-year college, or Junior or Seniors attending a four-year institution with a career focus on the marketing or distribution of floral products, including retail, wholesale, manufacturing and/or floral business ownership/operations.”
Pursue a career in or related to floriculture or horticulture
“Be pursuing a career in or related to FLORICULTURE or HORTICULTURE .”
Be a citizen or resident of the U.S. or Canada, or be enrolled in an accredited educational institution in the U.S. or Canada

Have a career focus on the marketing or distribution of floral products
