About
An undergraduate scholarship for community college students from Oregon and Siskiyou County, California who plan to transfer to a four-year college. Up to 25 renewable awards are offered each year and may cover tuition, living expenses, books and fees. Awards are determined based on financial need, cost of attendance and other scholarships. The program also provides professional, academic and leadership support.
Who can apply
Be a resident of Oregon

Be a current community college student or recent graduate of an accredited community college in Oregon or California

Be prepared to transfer to a four-year college and have not previously earned a bachelor’s degree
“Prepared to transfer to a four-year college with the goal of earning a four-year college degree. Has not previously earned a bachelor’s degree”
Be prepared to enroll full-time, on campus, in the fall of the application year at an eligible college
“Prepared to enroll fall of application year, attending full-time, on campus at a federally financial aid-eligible public or private (nonprofit) college*, based in their home state of Oregon or California**”
Online college education programs do not qualify

Have significant financial need and complete a financial aid application (SAI no more than 10,000)
