The Wehr Nursing Scholarship was established in memory of Dr. Charles L. & Gloria Wehr. It provides funds for applicants pursuing a degree in nursing. Recipients must be Genesis HealthCare System employees or their immediate families who reside in Muskingum County.
Who can apply
Be a Genesis HealthCare System employee or an immediate family member of a Genesis HealthCare System employee.
“Recipients must be Genesis HealthCare System employees and their immediate families, who reside in Muskingum County.”
Be pursuing a degree in nursing.
“This scholarship provides funds for applicants pursuing a degree in nursing.”
Be within the Genesis HealthCare Foundation service area or applicant pool defined on the page (applicants from Muskingum, Perry, Guernsey, Coshocton, Noble and Morgan counties are served by the Foundation).
“Each year, scholarships are awarded to students from Muskingum, Perry, Guernsey, Coshocton, Noble and Morgan counties who are working toward a future in healthcare.”
Reside in Muskingum County (permanent address, not school address).
“Recipients must be Genesis HealthCare System employees and their immediate families, who reside in Muskingum County.”
