Who can apply
Be a resident of one of these central Ohio counties.
“Central Ohio MSU Alumni Association Scholarship awarded to a resident of Franklin, Delaware, Union, Madison, Licking, Pickaway or Fairfield counties.”
Be an incoming first-year (prospective) student at MSU.
“The following scholarships are awarded to incoming domestic out-of-state first-year students for qualifying educational expenses , pending available funding, and are contingent upon students maintaining out-of-state residency status.”
